Director of Portfolio Account Management - Dallas, TX
Mohr Partners, Inc., a Commercial Real Estate Advisory Firm, seeks a Director for our Portfolio Account Management group. This role is responsible for the strategic management of major client accounts and the department as a whole. We seek an experienced, motivated individual with a strong commercial real estate background and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and the team.

This position requires a Texas real estate license and at least 10 years of executive level commercial real estate experience.

Position Description:

  • Volunteers and implements ideas to improve processes and procedures in both the department and the company
  • Portrays strong pride in the company
  • Manage the quarterly publication of the Corporate Facilities Report
  • Manage the quarterly publication of the company newsletter
  • Participate in out of office activities
  • Write responses to requests for Proposals for new business
  • Prepare reports as needed outside of routine Portfolio Account Management
  • Assist Portfolio Account Managers with strategic analysis of their client portfolios to generate additional business.
  • Resolve any problems or client concerns.
  • Negotiate and work hard to get client’s the best deal
  • Make quarterly and annual presentations to clients
  • Create annual budget forecast
  • Participate in client conference calls with Portfolio Account Managers weekly
  • Assist in strategic planning with certain clients, as requested
  • Continuously recruit for the Portfolio Account Manager department
  • Participate significantly in the interviewing process
  • Be involved in training and mentoring new Associates
  • Coach and mentor new Portfolio Account Managers
  • Sets defined goals and achieves them
  • Runs effective meetings
  • Monitors the group’s performance
  • Evaluates staff and takes appropriate actions
  • Delegates work as appropriate
  • Is a beneficial addition to management meetings

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of Corporate Services experience
  • Texas Real Estate License
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Prior management experience at a director level
  • Industry networking ability
