Associate -
Dallas, TX
We currently seek a motivated sales professional to team up with two established brokers in our Dallas headquarters. This position is designed for someone who is competitive, entrepreneurial and excited about a career in brokerage. We offer a competitive, uncapped compensation package as well as ongoing training.
Position Description:
• Identify prospective clients and contact those individuals with the goal of establishing longstanding relationships.
• Develop prospects through existing client relationships, networking, face to face meetings and research
• Schedule appointments with prospective clients and partner with mentor brokers to capture business.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, proposals, marketing materials, etc.
• Attend training sessions and meetings with other Associate and Brokers.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 4-year college degree
• 1 to 2 years of solid, business to business sales experience
• Cold calling and prospecting experience a must
• Texas Real Estate License or willingness to acquire license prior to starting.
• Driven, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to see the "big picture" and work hard for rewards
• Strong internet research and general researching skills
