Business Development Associate -
Dallas, TX We currently seek bright, motivated and entrepreneurial candidates to join our team as a Business Development Associate. We offer a competitive compensation package as well as ongoing training and unlimited growth potential.
Position Description:
- Entry/Mid level commercial real estate sales position
- Develop business through research, cold calling, networking and existing client relationships
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Attend training designed to educate Associates on all aspects of the business including selling techniques, commercial real estate knowledge, how to give presentations, etc.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- 2 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Active Texas Real Estate License preferred
- High energy, motivated and an overachiever
- Ability to see the "big picture" and work hard for rewards
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior sales experience (cold calling and lead generation is a plus)
