Construction and Management Services

Mohr Partners provides brokerage and consulting services for companies interested in pursuing build-to-suit options. Extensive consultation is required to identify the parameters of a build-to-suit project, and although our clients generally have a sound idea as to the amount of space required, we recommend an in-depth "planned programming" study for each requirement. Once our client has identified the location and parameters required for its project, we work closely with them in all phases of the build-to-suit project, which involves nineteen core steps. These steps result from the thirteen steps in a traditional Brokerage Representation of a build-to-suit project and the thirteen steps of Project Management.
