Paula Nodwell, CPM®, CCIM is a Managing Partner in Mohr Partners’ Dallas corporate office, with a distinguished thirty year career in commercial real estate working with such firms as Trammell Crow Company and General American Life Insurance. She is responsible for Mohr Partners’ marketing and PR efforts as well as assisting with intricate transactions and strategic planning.

Paula began her career at Mohr Partners as a Senior Portfolio Account Manager, handling accounts for such clients as Great-West Life Insurance Company and Renal Care Group. She was promoted to the Director of Portfolio Account Management in 2002 where she had numerous duties, from client service to existing accounts to specialized projects, until her promotion to Managing Partner in December 2002.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Paula was engaged by the Trammell Crow Company to assist in various management assignments. She handled the due diligence for the sale of a $100 million portfolio of properties for Bank One, and was also responsible for leasing, acquisitions and dispositions for over 350 properties totaling five million square feet over a three state region.

While at General American, Paula became the only woman field vice president of the company. She had full responsibilities for all operations of an $80 million portfolio of equity and foreclosed properties throughout Texas and Louisiana. In 1997, she developed a 500,000 sf warehouse/tech project for the company that won an AIA award in 1998 for coming in ahead of schedule and under budget. Shortly after completion of the project the company sold its portfolio at which time Paula became an independent real estate consultant.
