• Developing and executing a comprehensive real estate plan for a rapidly growing energy provider that led to construction of a 365,000 SF office headquarters and the fast track design/construction of the world’s largest, state-of-the-art energy trading center
• Real estate projects throughout the USA and international projects in Amsterdam, Milan, London and Calgary
• Saving $25 million for a Fortune 500 company by developing and implementing a 10-year strategic real estate plan
• Managing 1.3 million SF of office, data, and trading facilities in multiple locations

• Completing sale/leaseback transaction of 280,000 sf corporate headquarters
