Clint Baer, Managing Partner of Mohr Partners in the Minneapolis, MN office, has over 20 years of experience in real estate, development, project management and facilities management. In addition to his real estate experience, Clint has worked as a marketing and fundraising consultant.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Clint managed real estate and facilities for higher education and hi-tech companies in the semi-conductor and telecommunications field including FSI International and ADC Telecommunications.
During his tenure at ADC, Clint was responsible for developing a 10 million square foot portfolio worth $500M. While serving on the mergers and acquisitions team at ADC, he was involved in integrating approximately 65 companies into the ADC corporate structure.
