Charles H. Daggett, Managing Partner of Mohr Partners, Inc., is a recognized leader in the Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services field. He has vast experience representing primarily Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients on their strategic portfolio planning, corporate headquarters transactions, lease renegotiations, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, dispositions, portfolio repositioning, portfolio audits and complex transaction requirements.

Charles formed Mohr Partners’ Arizona office in Phoenix in 1995 and has built a strong team of experienced professionals that have had tremendous success in both the local market as well as in national and international representation for the firm’s clientele.

Charles serves on the Executive Management Advisory Board for Mohr Partners with responsibilities in oversight of the firms’ national offices. The Executive Management Advisory Board is also responsible for the recruiting of new offices for the company, for which Charles is actively involved.

The Arizona Office under the direction of Charles and his co-Managing Partner, Dina Zavislak, routinely manages hundreds of transactions for portfolio clients with transaction volume exceeding $300 million most recently.

The clients represented by Charles and his team have also benefitted from Charles’ expertise in Strategic Portfolio Optimization Strategies. Charles’ team has assisted clients in evaluating trends in the global real estate market and current opportunities to hedge future costs against these trends. Three recent projects completed by Charles have yielded clients near term savings in excess of $20 million, as an example. The proactive management of client portfolios through strategic planning, portfolio optimization analyses, benchmarking, key performance index portfolio management and advanced financial metrics reporting have proven invaluable for the portfolio clients represented by Charles and his team.

Charles has also developed expertise in representation of engineering firms over the past 10 years. His team’s focus in this industry has earned Charles and Mohr Partners the reputation of being the “go-to” corporate services firm for these companies.
