Dina M. Zavislak, Managing Partner of Mohr Partners, Inc., has been instrumental in leading the Arizona Office and developing national account teams that routinely outperform the market by proactively analyzing market trends and capitalizing on opportunities to demonstrate value. Dina and her team continually manage hundreds of transactions annually worth in excess of $300 million for portfolio clients.
Dina’s experience includes representing Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 firms in developing strategies to reduce and contain total occupancy costs including benchmarking portfolios and establishing key performance indicators to measure performance and trends, lease and sale negotiations globally, leveraged renegotiations and demonstrating cost avoidance in contractual obligations, corporate headquarters transactions, build to suits, dispositions, economic incentive negotiations and demographic analysis, regional operating center consolidation studies, along with multi-faceted domestic and international transactions.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners in 1995, Dina was at Grubb and Ellis. At Grubb and Ellis, Dina was a member of the top producing team in the Southwest Region managing millions of square feet of properties in the Valley for owners such as Phelps Dodge and Crescent, while also working on significant tenant representation assignments such as the site selection for Intel’s Regional Headquarters in Chandler, Arizona.
Dina and her Co-Managing Partner, Charles Daggett, have focused on representing engineering firms over the past decade. Developing an expertise in the engineering industry has allowed Dina and her team to assess peer metrics for existing clients as well as those who are seeking guidance in analyzing existing vacancy factors and implementing strategies to reduce vacancy costs in the portfolio.
Dina is a founding member of the Industrial Asset Management Council. During her tenure with IAMC, Dina was a co-chair of the Leadership Committee and co-chair of the Board Certificate Industrial Real Estate (“BCIR”) task force. In addition, Dina has been an active member in the Valley participating in numerous community service events such as restoration of housing in lower income communities, United Blood Services Blood Drive, raising funds for Childhelp USA and Court Appointed Special Advocates. Dina also continues her contributions back to the community by providing assistance for Chrysalis, a domestic violence shelter for women and children.
