Thomas “Tom” McLaughlin, Managing Partner, is based in Mohr Partners’ offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning and special requirements for national clients and assists with business development and managing corporate client relationships.
Tom is a proactive, results-oriented, customer-driven leader with more than thirty years of comprehensive general management, real estate, financial, facility and project management experience in diverse industries. He has built and led strong teams, initiated cost effectiveness/productivity improvement plans, divested profitably of more than $250M in corporate property, developed costing programs and played key roles in management decision making.
Prior to Mohr Partners, Tom was co-founder and Principal with INTRESINC (Integrated Real Estate Solutions Inc) where he provided real estate consulting, project management and transactional support services to major companies such as Rhodia Inc., Dow Chemical and Dupont Corporation.
For 10 years, Tom was Director of Real Estate and Facilities Management at Rhodia, Inc., one of the largest worldwide manufacturers of specialty chemicals where he led a team of 50 responsible for the financial impact of more than $60M of real estate, corporate facilities, administrative services and tax management programs. Tom negotiated divestiture of diverse properties valued at more than $185M and earned an award for best in divestitures in the chemical industry. He was invited to participate in the Creative Leadership Seminar sponsored by the Center for Creative Leadership Program.
