Shelly Christenson, Director of Portfolio Account Management / Project Management, brings over 25 years of corporate real estate experience to Mohr Partners in areas such as portfolio account management, lease administration, transaction management and tenant representation. She is a recognized leader in portfolio account management as an effective team builder with a strategic vision in overseeing clients’ portfolio accounts.

Prior to Mohr Partners, Shelly served as Senior Vice President of National Accounts for The Staubach Company, now Jones Lang LaSalle. In her eight years with the company, she was selected as Staubach’s Top Achiever seven times. Shelly prepared an annual department budget of $88 M and was responsible for a portfolio of over 4,400 sites totaling 19,000,000 SF (leased and owned).

She served seven years as a Manager of Real Estate Services for CompuCom Systems, Inc., a leading IT outsourcing firm based in Dallas before joining Staubach. Shelly was responsible for a portfolio of leased and owned office, industrial and retail sites, managing acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, renewals and subleases. Some of her more notable transactions include the disposition of 43 leased locations for a corporate restructure and the completion of a $38 M sale-leaseback for a corporate headquarters.

Shelly held a Property Tax Consultant License for 14 years, during which she was an Assistant Property Tax Consultant for Marvin F. Poer and Company, an ad valorem tax services firm. She provided property value analysis in three counties, filed and coordinated personal property renditions with appraisal districts and oversaw a staff of 12. She entered the corporate real estate industry as a Commercial Loan Analyst with Gill Savings and Loan.
