Martin Brannon, CM™, CCIM, MCR.h, SLCR, Managing Partner, is based in Mohr Partners’ offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, he is responsible for business development and managing corporate client relationships. Martin brings over thirty years of leadership experience in the strategic and master planning of real estate and facilities. He is a seasoned professional with the ability to understand and accomplish his clients’ short- and long-term objectives. During his career, Martin has had responsibility for strategic planning, negotiating and executing of all phases of real estate.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Martin was a Principal with INTRESINC (Integrated Real Estate Solutions Inc), to provide comprehensive strategic real estate services for corporate, healthcare, institutional and governmental real estate entities domestically and internationally. Prior to co-founding INTRESINC, he was the Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Mirant Corporation where he provided strategic direction to the acquisition, disposition and use of real estate for global projects.
