R. Matthew Burton is a Managing Director in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office, bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation negotiations for both national and local companies, including over ten years exclusively with Mohr.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, Matt began his career within the commercial real estate industry in 1985 as both Research Analyst and Project Manager with The Cambridge Companies Development Corporation in leasing and development of office and retail projects.

In 1987 Matt joined with Robert Mohr and Mohr Partners to focus on the exclusive representation of tenants. After helping to successfully grow the company, he left Mohr in 1993 to enter the real estate appraisal industry. Matt re-joined the tenant representation field in 1996 and in 2003 returned to Mohr Partners as Managing Director.
