Jeffrey M. Lapinski is a specialist consulting the real estate needs of multi-market corporate clients. He spends the majority of his time assisting his clients in making informed, knowledgeable decisions about their real estate portfolio. His passion for consulting, strategic planning and negotiations has earned him the opportunity to service clients all across the country.
In acknowledgement of his production, leadership and hard work, Jeff has been named Mohr Partners’ Broker of the Year on multiple occasions. Jeff currently has 3.4 million square feet of corporate real estate under management and has logged $27 million in transactional value during his tenure.
Jeff originally joined Mohr Partners as a Junior Broker. Having achieved early success, he was tapped to manage the company’s Associate Broker Program where he was responsible for the business development and management of prospective national account business opportunities. Subsequently, Jeff was selected to work directly with Robert Mohr, Chairman and CEO of Mohr Partners, where he developed his real estate brokerage skills.
Prior to Mohr Partners, Jeff worked for Johnson & Johnson as a Key Account Consultant to service the company’s corporate accounts in his native city of San Diego, CA. Within three years, he was promoted twice, recognized as an integral member of District of the Year and a two-time winner of the company’s prestigious President’s Award. His tenure with Johnson & Johnson proved to be invaluable experience, serving as a springboard for a successful career as a commercial real estate consultant.
