Rand Stephens joined Mohr Partners with over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. During his career, he has provided clients with tenant representation, leasing, brokerage, development and acquisition services.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, he was a Managing Director with Studley. He began his career with the IBM Corporation and later transitioned to the real estate industry with the Trammell Crow Company (now CB Richard Ellis). After leaving Trammell Crow Company, Rand co-founded InSite Realty Partners, a commercial development firm, and Blackstone Partners, a boutique tenant representation brokerage firm, where he last served as Managing Partner before joining Studley.

Rand has been involved in millions of square feet of client related transactions and has a diverse background that includes leasing, sales, project finance, development and investment transactions. His unique perspective as an owner/operator of real property combined with his experience as a broker makes him a valuable resource for his corporate clients.
