Josh J. LaRocca joined Mohr Partners in 2006 with nearly ten years experience in exclusively representing the real estate needs of tenants. While his primary focus is office and industrial tenant representation, he also assists his clients with corporate acquisition and disposition services as well as strategic planning and project management.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Josh was with Blackstone Partners, which he formed with three partners in 2003 and was acquired by Studley in 2004. Prior to forming Blackstone, Josh developed his real estate expertise by spending seven years in the Corporate Services division at InSite Realty Partners, a Houston-based, full-service commercial real estate firm.
Before beginning his full-time real estate career, Josh participated in the NFL-Europe professional football league, as well as enjoyed spending brief stints with the NFL’s Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys. At Rice University, Josh was the starting quarterback where he received recognition as team captain and Academic All Southwest Conference his junior and senior years. During his junior year he led Rice to a Southwest Conference Co-Championship.
