Ted Headings, Director of Sales Management, brings over 25 years of corporate real estate experience to Mohr Partners, spanning a distinguished career with firms such as Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
His experience includes development and implementation of marketing plans and budgets for existing and new projects, build-to-suit and spec buildings, property operations, construction and tenant relations / retention issues, five years of simultaneous property management and leasing experience, and a background as a real estate attorney.
Headings’ role at Mohr Partners is to manage the Business Development Group, assisting with training and procurement of new business. He is recognized as a leader in the Dallas market, having managed individual portfolios each in excess of over 2.2 million square feet and closed over 5.1 million square feet in transactions, including large complex transactions for entrepreneurial and institutional owners. Headings has been the recipient of multiple Service Excellence Awards during his career.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Headings served as Vice President, Markets Group of JLL, Director of Leasing, Vice President of Grubb & Ellis, and a Leasing Manager with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas.
