Andrew McCaw is a Managing Director in Mohr Partners’ Orlando, FL office with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience serving large and midsize office space users, with focus on the relocation and expansion of their operations, disposition and renegotiation of their leases. Andrew has successfully completed over 2.8 million square feet with an estimated value of $365 million.

He advises office space users on the relocation and expansion of their operations, disposition and renegotiation of their leases as well as strategic planning for their space needs. He guides his clients through the space procurement process every step of the way, beginning with the development of the client’s real estate strategy, property search, lease negotiations and analysis, space planning, construction pricing, implementation of the move and disposition of excess real estate.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Andrew was a Senior Vice President, Office Group with Grubb & Ellis | Commercial Florida, where he received numerous achievement awards during his tenure.
