Stuart Ackman, Managing Director in Mohr Partners’ Minneapolis office, brings over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Stuart was Vice President at Coldwell Banker/Clark; Senior Advisor, Industrial Services Group, at Grubb & Ellis Company; and Vice President at The C. Chase Company, all based in Minneapolis.

During his tenure at Coldwell Banker/Clark, Stuart worked extensively on behalf of portfolio landlords, leasing large multi-tenant properties including:

• Baker Technology Plaza, Minnetonka, MN - 275,000 square feet
• International Market Square, Minneapolis, MN - 500,000 square feet
• The 15 Building, Minneapolis, MN - 146,000 square feet

In recent years Stuart has shifted the balance of his work to Buyer/Tenant Representation and Seller/Landlord service. Stuart works on a proactive and strategic basis for his clients in order in ensure optimum results. Today, Stuart’s primary focus is providing a customized and integrated approach to corporate real estate service, including brokerage, portfolio services and consulting.
