MOHR PARTNERS ANNOUNCES 2009 ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, congratulates its 2009 "Achievement" winners. The awards are designed to recognize the exemplary performance of those who have contributed to the success of the organization. For 2009, Mohr Partners expanded the number of achievement awards with the addition of two Emerging Leader Awards for Corporate Services and Brokerage. The 2009 Awards and winners are as follows: - "Partner of the Year Award", Ted Fredericks, President, COO and Managing Partner, Dallas, for achievement as the firm's top partner. During his 13 year tenure with Mohr Partners, Ted established the firm's project management department and has been instrumental in guiding the direction of the firm since his promotion to Managing Partner in 1999, Chief Operating Officer in 2000 and President in 2003.
- "President's Award", Lauren Paris, Senior Research Analyst, Dallas, for "above-and-beyond" dedication and performance. Lauren joined Mohr Partners in 2007 and has consistently been recognized for her hard work and dedication.
- "Broker of the Year Award", Rob Pipkin, Managing Director, Dallas, as top producing broker of the year. Rob brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and 11 years of service with Mohr Partners. He has consistently been among the company's top producers each year.
- "Mentor Award", Shelly Christenson, Director, Portfolio Account Management, Dallas, for her willingness to guide and mentor the firm's young professionals. Shelly is a 25 year commercial real estate veteran who has been named a recognized leader and top achiever throughout her career.
- "Corporate Services Emerging Leader Award", Kim Vo, Portfolio Account Manager, Dallas, for recognition of her leadership and performance. Kim joined Mohr Partners in 2005, and has been consistently recognized for client satisfaction.
- "Brokerage Emerging Leader Award", Corbin Bengston, Account Executive, Dallas, for recognition of his leadership and performance within the Business Development Group. Corbin joined Mohr Partners in 2004, and has completed over one million square feet of office and industrial transactions during his tenure.
