MOHR PARTNERS EXPANDS CLEVELAND OFFICE, APPOINTS BOB REDMOND AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, has appointed Robert "Bob" Redmond as Managing Director of its Cleveland, Ohio office, joining Dennis Burnside, Managing Partner. Robert Redmond brings a wealth of real estate experience to Mohr Partners, working closely with clients in the banking, insurance, medical and legal services industries. His guidance in consolidation, relocation, disposition and acquisition of office space is invaluable to his clients.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Redmond was a top producer at CB Richard Ellis where he was Senior Vice President, and previously served as Director of Office Leasing and Sales for Ostendorf-Morris Colliers, distinguishing himself in sales, marketing, strategic planning. He also served as President of the Cleveland real estate firm, The Kenny Company, and in management positions with IBM prior to commencing his illustrious career in real estate.
He has been recognized for his achievements repeatedly throughout his career, most recently receiving The Cleveland Area Board of Realtors' (CABOR) Distinguished Service Award in 2007; Duke Realty's Deal of the Year in 2005; Forum Magazine's Top 20 Cleveland Power Brokers in 2004; NAIOP's Investment Deal of the Year in 2002; and CABOR's Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2000.
Redmond has been involved in many significant office building sales during his career. He managed the site selection process as well as lease negotiations and subsequent sale of a 117,000 SF building to house administrative offices and medical research activities for the University of Hospitals of Cleveland.
As a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Redmond has covered many critical real estate issues on national and regional panels that include: The Buildings Shows in Houston and Cincinnati; Midwest Property Opportunities in Chicago; and Colliers International Property Consultants in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. He is also a published real estate issues writer.
Redmond has served with distinction as President of CABOR, Director of the Ohio Association of Realtors and Chairperson of the Greater Cleveland Real Estate Organization, among others. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.
