MOHR PARTNERS ANNOUNCES DENVER OFFICE, APPOINTS TIM CALLAHAN AND DAVE JOHNSON AS MANAGING PRINCIPALS

Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, announces the opening of its newest office in Denver, Colorado, appointing Tim Callahan and Dave Johnson as Managing Principals. The new office is located at 3033 E. First Avenue, Suite 515, Denver, CO 80206.

The two local commercial real estate veterans bring a combined 42 years of commercial real estate experience to Mohr Partners, most recently serving as Principals for Radius Commercial Real Estate. In addition to Callahan and Johnson, Mohr is also pleased to welcome Liz Osborne, Tabitha Creel and Wes DiGrappa as associates in the new Denver office.
Callahan is a 20 year veteran of the commercial real estate community in Denver, working with corporate clients on both the national and regional levels. His professional experience includes six years with the Frederick Ross Company in office leasing followed by a tenure with the Galbreath Company prior to the company's acquisition by LaSalle Partners (JLL). From 1997 to 2007, Callahan was a Principal and one of the original founders of Bitzer Real Estate Partners / CORFAC International. Callahan started Radius Commercial in 2007 as a tenant representation firm providing services to clients in the office, industrial and medical sectors.
Johnson brings over 22 years of national commercial real estate experience with proven expertise in strategic planning and deal structuring involving acquisition, disposition, investment and development of commercial real estate. His professional experience includes three years as founder and President of Johnson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (JREA), a commercial real estate advisory firm with offices in Denver and Tampa. Prior to starting JREA, Johnson was with the Denver office of Ernst & Young where he spent seven years in their national real estate advisory practice working on behalf of owners and users of commercial real estate.
Callahan is a graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and is licensed in the state of Colorado. Johnson is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Louisiana and Utah, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
