MOHR PARTNERS APPOINTS HANK JANIK AS PORTFOLIO ACCOUNT MANAGER

Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, is pleased to announce its appointment of Hank Janik as a Portfolio Account Manager in Mohr's Dallas, TX corporate office.
Janik brings over 25 years of commercial real estate and restaurant / retail management experience with such companies as RARE Hospitality International (acquired by Darden Restaurants), Brinker International, DF&R Restaurants, Schlotzsky's Deli and T.G.I. Friday's. He has managed transactions for such national restaurant chains as Corner Bakery Café, LongHorn Steakhouse, Chili's Grill & Bar, Romano's Macaroni Grill, On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, Maggiano's Little Italy, Front Row Grills, Italianni's and Dan Pablo's.
Most recently, Janik served as the Real Estate Director for Corner Bakery Café, a Dallas-based fast-casual restaurant with over 100 locations nationwide, and the Real Estate Director for RARE Hospitality International, which was acquired by Darden Restaurants in 2007. In 2003, Hank was recognized for receiving approval for more locations in a single year for the LongHorn Steakhouse restaurant chain than any other individual in the chain's then 22 year history.

Janik previously served as Real Estate Manager for Brinker International, one of the world's leading casual dining restaurant companies including such restaurant brands as Chili's Grill & Bar, On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, Maggiano's Little Italy and Romano's Macaroni Grill. His real estate career began at Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with honors with a BBA in Real Estate and an MBA in Real Estate.
