MOHR PARTNERS EXPANDS ARIZONA OFFICE, APPOINTS DEREK GREULICH AS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Mohr Partners, Inc., an international corporate real estate advisor, has appointed Derek Greulich as Account Executive in its Phoenix, Arizona office. His expertise includes strategic planning, portfolio management and transactional services to clients locally and nationally.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Greulich was a Sales & Leasing Agent with Commercial Properties, Inc. (CPI), one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the Phoenix area. In 2005, he was honored by Commercial Leasing Update as one of the top "Rookies of the Year". During his five year tenure, he managed a portfolio of over one million square feet for local, regional and national clients.
Greulich has also completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum and is in the final stages of earning the CCIM designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Before beginning his real estate career, Greulich served in the Army National Guard in Operation Enduring Freedom with his unit for two years. He was also a member of Toastmasters International, where he served as Club President and also completed several leadership and speaking manuals.
