Construction Management and Coordination
- Oversee construction and review contractor submittals
- Conduct weekly site visits and participate in job progress meetings

- Review proposed changes and recommend appropriate action
- Monitor construction schedule status and prepare bi-monthly reports
- Coordinate vendor input to accommodate general contractor (avoid delays and conflict)
Construction Closeout

- Secure certificate of occupancy and inspection final tags from general contractor
- Secure final release of lien from contractors
- Verify "as built" plans if required
Move Coordination and Management
- Conduct project team meetings between mover and client
- Verify locations and planned destinations for each item
