Thomas McLaughlin serves as managing partner for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Philadelphia office. Thomas formed the Philadelphia office in 2004 after over 30 years of corporate experience in finance and the strategic planning of real estate and redeployment of industrial properties as well as managing corporate client relationships.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Thomas spent most of his career in the chemical industry where he built and led strong teams, initiated cost-effective productivity improvement plans, divested profitability more than $250 million in corporate property earning him recognition as best in class for divesting idle assets.

Thomas has participated in the business rationalization of manufacturing and commercial properties relating to acquired businesses and has participated in municipal and private forums designed to establish industrial zones and promote economic development. Thomas has spearheaded the development and implementation of strategic and tactical business plans resulting in established baseline performance standards, demonstrated value of services and improved service delivery leading to increased productivity and significant cost benefit.

Thomas has been a speaker at various real estate professional organizations about Brownfield Redeployment and has organized focus groups in the heavy industrial sector to discuss common issues, failures, and successes.
