Mohr Partners Represents SERC for Corporate Headquarters Relocation

Charlotte, NC — Mohr Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce its representation of SERC reliability Corporation on the 27,157 square feet relocation of its corporate headquarters to Whitehall Corporate Center #4, 3701 Arco Corporate Drive in Charlotte. The SERC Reliability Corporation (SERC) is a nonprofit corporation responsible for promoting and improving the reliability of the bulk power supply systems in 16 Central and Southeastern states, including the Carolinas.

Whitehall Corporate Center is located within the 700 acre Whitehall master planned community which includes a technology park, corporate center, retail district, several residential communities and a nature preserve. Its six mid-rise office buildings provide 860,000 square feet of Class A office space.
